CHANGES TO INDOOR WORKOUTS
There are a couple of changes to the Metros'
indoor workout schedule for the upcoming weeks.
First...the workout this coming Tuesday,
March 13 is cancelled due to the schools being closed for March break.
Second...when we come back to the gym
after the break, beginning on Tuesday, March 20, the starting time will be 8:30 (not the previous 6:30 start). The practices
will run until 10:00. This new 8:30 starting time will continue every Tuesday until we move outside...usually sometime around
